Unfortunately, if we are not made aware of any issues before a review we are unable to apologise/refund etc as we are unaware a problem has occurred. I think we may have received a review about this a couple of days ago via Google? As mentioned if you'd like to get in contact with us via email to online@lilleyscider.co.uk including images of your damaged item as well as confirmation of your order number we can then look into resolving this for you Gordon. You can view the full T&C's on our website on how damages are fixed/resolved, it is also listed in your order confirmation as well as your order form upon receipt. Sadly due to the fragile nature of the product this does happen from time to time.
